To make life easier and quicker for our installers, we have launched a new feature on our Connect loyalty scheme that reduces admin. Installers can now link their Benchmark account to their Connect account, saving time spent on admin as all the necessary documentation required as part of the boiler commissioning process can be completed through Connect.
Now, when installers register their installation on Connect for their loyalty points and free Gas Safe registration, they can then continue to register their installation with Benchmark as well!
In addition to this, through Connect, installers have visibility of their full boiler registration history including Benchmark status for every boiler they’ve installed and, subject to the homeowner agreeing, service reminders for the installer can be sent automatically.
This new feature is on top of the existing Connect benefits, making Connect a centralised, single commissioning solution for our installers.
A completed Benchmark commissioning sheet is a key requirement to allow a boiler warranty to be registered.
Note: installers need to have an active Benchmark account set up to link to Connect. Installers can register for a Benchmark account through Connect now too.
